Refunds

The paid plan is $19 a month after a 48-hour free trial. The trial starts when the account is created. You are not charged during the trial.

When card checkout is enabled, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

You can cancel whenever you want. Cancel from the plan page when the Stripe billing portal is available, or email us and we will cancel the subscription we can see on the account.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not erase the days already paid for in the current month. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid, unless we are required to end it sooner.

We do not refund a partial month, and we do not prorate the current month, unless the law requires a refund.

If a charge was a duplicate or was made in error, email us and we will review it. Where the law requires a refund, we will give one.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, except where a consumer law where you live requires something different.
